Merwyn & Pervin Nunes have been the driving force behind Wildersun Safaris for the last 28 years.  Through hard work and sheer determination they turned a dream into reality when they jointly established the company in 1980.  They are highly respected in the Tanzania tourism industry having been actively involved in it for over 40 years. Merwyn was trained in Israel & Germany and worked for the Ministry of Tourism for twelve years.  He was the founder Chairman for the Tanzania Association of Tour Operators (TATO).    Pervin has an IATA Diploma and spent 12 years in the Airline sector before diverting her talents to Wildersun.  Her dedication and attention to detail has earned the company esteem in the industry over the years. Now retired from the managing company operations, they enjoy travelling, entertaining, take part in Trade shows, attend seminars and keep a thumb on the pulse of the business.  

 



Jervin Randria  -   Having grown up with the company, Jervin  joined it formally upon graduating from Utalii College (Kenya) in 1990.  After working as Tour Consultant for 15 years she is now Managing  the company and is dedicated to maintaining the high level of professionalism that "Wildersun" has always been associated with.  She enjoys the challenge of keeping her team motivated while closely monitoring client's feedback and ensuring all departments are operating efficiently.  
 
   

 

 

Ervin Nunes graduated from the College of African Wildlife Management in 1995. After a two year stint in the wilderness of Tanzania where he fared well as a game scout and ranger guide, he joined the family team as a tour officer.   He now heads the Transport department and is in charge of maintaining our fleet.
 

 

 

 

 

 

Lillian Nunes  graduated with a diploma in Administration in 1991.   She worked with a safari company for 8 years before joining Wildersun in 1999 bringing with her a wealth of experience.  As Tour Consultant she is available to discuss concerns, special interests or answer any questions you may have as you prepare for your Tanzanian Adventure.
